Thank you for visiting my website to take advantage of this complimentary help to get entrepreneurial spirit back and a fresh focus on your business.
Simply taking 15-20 minutes out of your day to relax your mind and body can be hugely beneficial, and this recording is designed to help you do just that.
The recording is best listened to through headphones.
N.B This is a hypnotherapy recording, and the only people it is not suitable for are individuals with serious mental health issues, such as Schizophrenia and Clinical Depression.
All Hypnosis is self-hypnosis and you are always in control. Should you need to attend to an emergency whilst you are listening to a hypnosis track, you can simply bring yourself back up and feel refreshed and alert.
In addition to listening to this recording once a day, I would highly recommend that you do the following to help you take control back and reduce alcohol consumption.
- Re-assess your goals
Make a WHY list and stay true to your vision and make small improvements to refresh your health goals. Your WHY list should list all the positives of being free of or drinking less alcohol will give you and your family.
- Recite Accomplishments
Remind yourself of the successes you have had. Every day you have one less is a success.
- Tap for Stress & Anxiety
See my EFT Tapping Video’s. Reducing stress levels will help you to take control back and feel calmer.
- Find other things to do that you enjoy
Read or research things that interest you or take up a hobby that you enjoy that is beneficial to your health and wellbeing.
- Be Present with your choices
Step into the present moment and make a positive choice. Pause and choose from the present moment, this will interrupt the ‘auto-pilot behaviour.
- Listen to the Hypnosis Audio every day.
Hypnosis can help you. Take some time to listen to the Audio above every day and tune into your full potential.
