I just want to thank you for inspiring me (in so many ways) at the Retreat weekend in Bittern. I had no idea what to expect from the weekend and didn’t really know much other than spending the weekend with a friend and a few other women (and maybe a glass or two a wine!).
I am usually a sceptical type of person when it comes to ‘Zen’ but decided that I would simply surrender to whatever happened and take in what was on offer this weekend. After all, what’s the worst thing that could happen to me?
I was totally blown away by the whole experience of what I heard and learned. The mind is such a powerful tool, and the subconscious mind is fascinating when you learn about it.
Your gentle ways of speaking to yourself (ourselves) and transporting us into hypnosis was mind-blowing, something I’ll never forget. I learned so much that weekend, it has whetted my appetite to learn so much more.
The accommodation was just lovely, food & wine…suburb, and the company was terrific. Keep up the good work!

Prior to attending your retreat I was feeling very hyped, unsettled and scattered and had felt this way for a long time due to circumstances in my life and from life in general. I didn’t know how to switch off my very overthinking mind.
During the retreat you provided a very supportive, inclusive and caring environment for us to experience wonderful practices in breath, meditation, mindfulness, health of body and mind. Your knowledge is incredible and I felt we all benefited from your dedication to your learning which you were able to communicate and share with us so beautifully and beneficially. I learnt great tools to take back with into ‘life’ to help me deal with what was put before me. I gained confidence in my ability to self-help and self-heal. One of the main take-aways for me was being able to work on getting out of my headspace and really listening to what my body, inner wisdom and intuition wanted me to hear.
