Counselling or talk therapy alone can take months or even years to get to the core issues and resolve them. Used in combination with hypnosis, we achieve the fastest and most effective results. Hypnosis is being in a relaxed focused state. Being in this state, along with my guidance, it is possible to access the subconscious mind. In this state it is easy to find the programs or parts of us that hold us back from doing, being or having what we desire.

In this state it is easy to find the programs, or parts of us that hold us back from doing, being, having what we desire. It is in this state that we can be guided to changed behavior and outcomes.
The subconscious is the habit/auto-pilot part of the brain, we run off this part of our brain over 90% of the time. It’s that part of the brain that learns things with repetition and then acts on that learning to make it automatic. We don’t have to think about driving a car, we just know what to do and we drive in auto-pilot. When we learn a pin number, our fingers just type it without thinking about it. We also learn beliefs and these are stored in the sub-conscious. Our beliefs determine the outcomes in our lives and our behavior. Our decisions are made in accordance with what programs/beliefs are stored in this part of the mind.
This slower brainwave state called hypnosis is a learning state, whilst in this state it is very easy/quick to learn/unlearn things. Children are in this state of hypnosis from when they are born up until the age of 8, so much of what we believe stems back to what we observed and learned and decided during this phase of our lives.
A large percentage of our programs that we are running on as an adult are limiting or disempowering (approx. 70%). Don’t be discouraged, because through hypnosis and other techniques we can unlearn limiting programs/beliefs and learn new ones.
So through hypnosis (the learning state) it is possible to be re-program old beliefs and thought patterns and create new ones that are in alignment with your desires rather than sabotaging them.
By working with this deeper part of the brain (the auto-pilot) we can change unwanted feelings, patterns and behaviours, we can heal trauma, and you can improve on any area of your life.
