Simply taking 10-15 minutes out of your day to relax your mind and body can be hugely beneficial, and this recording is designed to help you do just that.

N.B This is a hypnotherapy recording, and the only people it is not suitable for are individuals with serious mental health issues, such as Schizophrenia and Clinical Depression.

All Hypnosis is self-hypnosis and you are always in control. Should you need to attend to an emergency whilst you are listening to a hypnosis track, you can simply bring yourself back up and feel refreshed and alert.

In addition to listening to this recording once a day, I would highly recommend that you do the following to help you connect with yourself and your partner.

  1. Go for a walk together  
    Get out of the house and get into nature or a different environment together. Time outside of the house, especially if you are working from home is important. You can connect in a different way.
  2. See my EFT Tapping videos
    Tap along to help switch off stress and anxiety and help you relax and unwind. This is a great technique to relax the nervous system.
  3. Stay present
    Stay in the now, be mindful of your thoughts going into the past, especially the negative experiences. Staying in the now allows space for growth, both of yourself and as a couple. Focus on what you are grateful for.
  4. Plan to do something fun together
    Plan a small getaway together, whatever works in with your situation. A drive in the country or a new adventure. This creates excitement and connection. It always helps to have something to look forward to.
  5. Focus on what you want to create for the future
    Create a visual in your mind or sense what it is like to have achieved a certain level of connection with your partner. This allows you to feel more positive and shift your energy and focus.
  6. Always take responsibility for your own feelings
    and work on them. Seek help if you are having trouble working on your issues. Working on yourself and your emotional baggage is a positive empowering thing to do, and this will always improve your relationships.
