Retreat Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits are non refundable except in the case of a cancellation of the event by the organiser.
Payment Balance
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the start date – by June 27th 2022 for the August 2022 Retreat.
50% refund will be given for cancellations 30-60 days before the event.
No refunds will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days before the event.
Medical Refund
A full refund may be given for medical cancellations 30-60 days before the event, with a medical note provided.
It is our intention to make it as easy as possible for anyone who wants to join us on retreat, while balancing administrative and business committments by those who run the retreat.

Transformational EFT Tapping Training Refund Policy
Full Refund
A full refund will be given if Time to Thrive cancels the training.
Partial Refund
A 10% cancellation fee with be deducted from the full refund for change of mind by the student up to 3 months prior to the training.
From 3 months up to 2 weeks prior to training a 50% refund will be given for change of mind by the student.
From 2 weeks prior to the training dates no refunds will be given.
Medical Refund
Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be refunded with a doctors note.
These will be individually assessed and either a full refund less 10% cancellation fee will be issued OR
A change of date for course attendance may be offered.
