Gayle has dedicated 14 years to work and study in the field of hypnotherapy, EFT Tapping, Mindfulness and human behaviour. She is passionate about helping people free themselves from pain, suffering, unwanted habits and anxiety so they can live a fulfilled and empowered life. She works as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Tapping Specialist, Mindset and Mindfulness Coach, and now trains and mentors hypnotherapists in the area of EFT Tapping and her own Transformational Tapping.
Over the years Gayle has specialised in the areas of anxiety, weight loss, stop smoking, fears, phobias and trauma. She has helped people from all walks of life that have their struggles. She is passionate about empowering them with the education and tools to make the changes they desire.
Gayle founded Time to Thrive and practises from the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne. She also practises sessions online and helps clients achieve fast relief from anxiety using her evidence based and specialised EFT Tapping techniques.
She also uses her expertise in stress and anxiety management to provide online workshops and courses, both to businesses and the general public.
